With over 25 years experience, Luke is an expert in workplace relations, employment and safety law (WRES) Luke brings the experience he obtained at top tier firms including Freehills and Clayton Utz where he moved rapidly through the ranks to Special Counsel working in the Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide offices before taking up partnership with Mills Oakley where he successfully set up the nationally recognised WRES team. He then went on to set up his own boutique firm in 2013

As a senior consultant to the Firm, Luke heads our WRES team.

Erik's early career in the law has seen him develop a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions. Erik takes a practical and commercially minded approach bringing valuable insights from establishing an award-winning wine bar.

Erik has also been actively involved in advocating for the hospitality sector, contributing to the development of Bayside Council’s extended public outdoor dining policy during and after COVID-19. His work included making submissions on behalf of local venues to promote investment in public open spaces and outdoor dining.

Erik is dedicated to delivering strategic, value-driven legal solutions that support long-term client success.

With a strong passion for optimising legal operations, he applies his diverse expertise to his role at Archer Scott Lawyers, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
